My guess is that it will definitely change how documents are classified as "secret". Apparently 2 million people in the US have the right to classify documents. It's way too many. Just a few documents should be secrets, most of the documents released by WikiLeaks don't have anything shocking to hide.
I think it's embarrassing for the US, but business will still be done as usual!

You are probably right. But countries cannot stop doing business with the US.
Saudi Arabia needs to work closer with the US now that Iran knows (publicly) what they are thinking about them.
